All orders are shipped via USPS, I currently cannot ship to any countries listed here.
VAT and customs are not included in the shipping fee.
I ship out orders every Monday! If it's a shop update (my busiest weeks), I'll ship orders throughout the week.

Orders will be shipped in either letter mail, photo mailers, or bubble mailers depending on the order. Orders in photo/bubble mailers will be tracked and letter mail will be untracked.
Stickers-only orders will be shipped by letter mail.
NOTE: Please don't select sticker-only shipping if your order has items OTHER THAN stickers! I will cancel your order if you do.

PREORDERS
Preorder items will take longer than normal items! The production process starts after the preorder period ends.
If your order contains a preorder item and an in-stock item, the whole order will be shipped together once the preorder item is available. Please note the estimated shipping time on the product page.
If you'd like to receive a non-preorder item first, you will need to make a separate order.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final, I do not take refunds unless your order hasn't been shipped yet or the preorder period hasn't ended.
If you would like to exchange an order, please contact me immediately. Once the package is done and shipped, exchange is not possible.
If there is a mistake on my part (wrong item) please send me an email! I will do my best to help you.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is dropped off at the post office, I am no longer responsible for your package. Please be diligent and keep track of your tracking number! If any issues arise regarding the shipping of your package (lost/misplaced packages) please contact your local post office.

ENAMEL PIN GRADING
A Grade
Very little~almost no flaws. There may be slight imperfections that are a natural occurence during production, but they are not noticeable unless you're closely inspecting the pin.
- tiny specks in the enamel
- tiny air bubbles in enamel
B Grade
Slightly more visible flaws, but doesn't detract from the overall design.
- noticeable dust particles trapped inside the enamel
- small air bubbles
- small areas of missing enamel
- small nicks/scratches/gouges on the enamel or metal plating
- minor variation in color
Examples of B grade pins:
C Grade
Noticeable flaws at first glance that can include one or multiple of the issues listed below. I don't typically sell these designs.
- Multiple laws around the face or primary subject
- Visible dust/specks
- Large scratches/gouges
- Visible staining
- Mistakes in enamel color
- Big dents in the metal design
- Blotchy metal
